One thing I strongly recommend

For a food brand, don't rely on the Terms of Service alone. I'd put these four policies in your Shopify footer:

Terms of Service | Privacy Policy | Refund Policy | Shipping Policy

And I'd make the Refund Policy and Shipping Policy separate documents, rather than stuffing everything into the Terms. It makes the store look more legitimate and makes it much easier for customers to find the rules that actually matter to their order.

Also, I would not put overly aggressive language like "Bacchanal is never responsible for anything" into the final version. Those provisions can be unenforceable in some circumstances and can make a small business policy look less professional. The version above is intentionally written with "to the maximum extent permitted by law" and consumer-rights carve-outs.
